928     German. Third Reich Kriegsmarine Officer’s dagger by Ernst Pack.
A good example, the blade etched with sailing ships on both sides, fouled anchor on one and bearing the Siegfried logo. Gilded brass eagle and swastika pommel and crossguard with twist wire bound simulated ivory grip. Housed in its gilt metal hammered pattern scabbard retaining both loose suspension rings. Blade clean, minor service wear, one smallish dent to reverse of scabbard. GC (£200 - £300)

A late war example with plain blade. Lightly gilded eagle and swastika pommel and crossguard with twist wire bound simulated ivory grip. Housed in its gilt metal scabbard with lightening bolt designs and retaining both loose suspension rings. Blade with several rust stains, plating worn overall, grip wire absent; no maker’s marks apparent. (£150 - £200)

933     German. Third Reich SA dagger by Curdts Nachf, Solingen.
A fine example by an unusual maker. The blade etched “Alles für Deutschland” and bearing maker’s logo. Brown wooden grip inlaid with silvered eagle and enamelled circular SA device. The nickel cross guard is stamped Nrh (indicating issued to a member of SA Group Niederrhein). Housed in original brown painted nickel mounted scabbard with single suspension ring retaining leather strap with clip. GC (£150 - £200)
934     German. Third Reich RAD hewer by Tiger, Solingen.
A good example of the 1934 model, the blade bearing etched motto “Arbeit adelt”, the reverse with maker’s tiger logo etc. ; two piece stag horn grip. Housed in its black painted regulation scabbard, the top mount with ornate design, the chape bearing the RAD device of a swastika set upon a spade head emerging from a spray of wheat. Minor service wear. GC ... Army dagger knot attached ... together with an ornate commercial sheath knife by G. Schlieper, Solingen with “s” shaped crossguard white grip and pommel comprising a talon grasping a ball. Housed in leather sheath. Both blade and sheath with maker’s open eye logo. (blade 16 cm). A most unusual group. Iron Cross 1914, 2nd class; 1914-18 Cross of Honour with swords for combatants; Prussia Cross of Merit for War Aid; Prussia State Service Medal 1912; Prussia 15 year Long Service Cross in gilt; Russia Nicolas II Medal of Zeal in gold (gilt); Russia Nicolas II Medal of Zeal in silver. Mounted as worn. Generally VGC. (£250 - £350)
941     German. WW2 Kriegsmarine Rating’s service dress tunic.
A good clean example of the regulation pattern worn by a Seaman Second Class Machinist. Complete with gilt buttons and embroidered breast eagle. Cotton lining to the interior. Accompanied by regulation waistcoat again with gilt buttons and issue stamps GC. (£150 - £200)
942     German. Luftwaffe Signals Section NCO’s cap.
A good example of field grey woollen cloth with brown piping to the welt of the crown and either side of the black band. To the front, an aluminium eagle and swastika; below, aluminium winged oakleaf wreath with cockade to centre. Black patent leather chinstrap supported by black buttons. Black peak, leather sweatband and yellow rayon / silk lining retaining celluloid Eisbein maker’s diamond. Service wear. GC (£200 - £250)

A good black cloth example bearing aluminium wire BeVo TeNo eagle and swastika with National cockade. Inside stamped TNM 32 and faint TeNo device. VGC (£120 - £160)

This example retains 70% of the Luftwaffe eagle and approx 20% of the National shield. The shell retains a dark blue painted finish. The interior with leather liner, chinstrap now absent. Clean condition some age wear. (£150 - £200)

952     German. Third Reich 1938 dated SA belt and buckle.
An excellent example of brown leather by Wilheem Hansen & Braun, Solingen complete with brass die-stamped buckle bearing circular device with eagle and swastika to centre. VGC (£60 - £80)
953     German. Third Reich 1939 dated sidecap and three assorted badges.
Black cotton side cap by Sprenopfeil, Hamburg 19 now lacking eagle, service wear ... die-stamped aluminium police cap badge (eagle and swastika set on oak wreath) VGC ... scarce Kiel 1935 Frontsoldarten u. Kriegsopfer-ehrentag day badge or “tinnie” depicting a battleship and old comrades device VGC ... Old comrades stickpin. VGC The three badges complete with fixings and mounted on an old RAF cloth belt (£50 - £75)

An example of the M 1936 pattern with turned edge, with original green painted finish to the skull and retaining Army decal (40% present). The interior with original leather lining and chinstrap. Overall GC, leather a little dry. (£100 - £200)
955     German. Third Reich Infantry Officer’s peaked cap.
A good example of field grey woollen cloth with white piping to the welt of the crown and either side of the green velvet band. To the front, aluminium eagle and swastika with aluminium cockade in wreath below. Aluminium cap cords supported by silvered buttons. Black fibre peak, complete with leather sweatband, and yellow cotton lining. GC, but with some age wear, alloy oak wreath loose. (£150 - £200)
956     German. 1940 dated Infantry Officer’s combat tunic.
Four pocket field grey tunic with dark green collar. To the left breast pocket is provision for four awards and clasps. Complete with collar patches, breast eagle and retaining one original shoulder board the other a later replacement. Lining retains tailor’s label with ink name and date August 1940. Heavy service wear, making this a good representation of a combat infantry Officer. (£150 - £250)
957     German. WW2 M43 Army ski cap.
Green wool material with embroidered Army eagle and large cockade to the front. The interior is with cotton lining. Some service and age wear. GC (£50 - £75)
958     German. WW2 Luftwaffe Fallschirmjager Paratrooper’s single decal helmet.
A good scarce untouched with blue grey painted finish retaining Luftwaffe decal which is 85% present. The interior retains leather lining with Berlin maker’s details The size appears to be 56. Complete with leather chinstrap harness. The helmet with service wear and remains in good condition. (£1,500 - £1,750)
959     German. W2 SS Armband and Ephemera.
This selection of items were amassed in 1945 by Major John Edward Broom of the Ayrshire Yeomanry. Comprising: SS armband, a good clean example near VGC. Displayed in a folder with an original official list titled “Belsen Trials Defence”. Listing a number of the Officers with the aims of their defence council ... A selection of German documents some on SS headed paper., some with burnt edges ... An official 1945 Allied list of Himmler’s family and direct relations. Overall GC documents with some wear. (£75 - £100)
Major Broom was present during the liberation of the Belsen Concentration camp and was an Official Military Observer at the Nuremberg Trials during the trail of the Officers of the Camp. Further biographical details can be found in the foot note in the medal section.

A good example without swords with straight flat pin to reverse. Housed in its original case, the top with facsimile outline of the award in silver. GC (£40 - £60)

Army car pennant possibly Reichswehr period, either side printed in National colours of black, white and red including the sleeve. Small brass ring to top and bottom of sleeve, Minor service wear and one or two tiny moth holes, generally VGC ... Hitler Youth cycle pennant of red cloth with applied central white stripe and black swastika on white diamond to either side; brass ring to top and bottom. Minor service wear, generally VGC ... Kriegsmarine car/cycle pennant of rectangular red bunting printed with anchor beneath black swastika on white disk. White sleeve. VGC. (3 items) (£100 - £120)
963     German. Luftwaffe M35 1941 dated single decal steel helmet.
A fine grey example retaining 95% of the Luftwaffe eagle. Complete with leather liner and chinstrap. Clean condition. (£200 - £300)

A good grey wool example with double stipple buttons to the front with eagle, swastika and national cockade. Stiffened cloth peak. Simulated silk grey lining with issue stamps. Minor service wear. GC (£50 - £75)
965     German. WW2 Luftwaffe flieger blouse.
A very fine flight section Oberfeldwebel’s blue grey example, the collar piped with aluminium which which is repeated on the shoulder straps which are yellow piped. Yellow collar patches bearing four gull wings. One button hole has the ribbon 1939 Iron Cross. On the breast is a ribbon bar for the the Sudetenland Medal with Prague Castle bar, bronze Reconnaissance Flying Clasp, cloth wireless operator/air gunners badge, bronze SA Sports badge and a DRL To the other side, a cloth breast eagle and a marksman’s lanyard. Field dressing pocket inside. Near VGC (£400 - £600)
966     German. WW2 Luftwaffe gravity knife by SMF, Solingen.
A good scarce example of the pattern issued to aircrew and paratroopers. The blade with maker’s logo; fold out spike, two piece wooden grip attached by four steel studs. Thumb release mechanism broken off. Grip carved with arrow, heart etc. (£100 - £150)
967     Great War Imperial German Hussar pattern Field Grey Officer’s tunic
A scarce example of the pattern worn in the field during the Great War. Field grey cloth with stand collar and to each breast five cord drop loops, This cord also edges the tunic and decorates the back. The interior with cotton lining. Olivettes and shoulder cords now absent. Some service and age wear. (£300 - £400)

A good clean example of the regulation pattern with issue stamps indicating 1908. Complete with gilt buttons depicting Crown and anchor. Cotton lining. GC (£80 - £120)
969     German. Third Reich 44th Infantry Regiment NCO’s tunic.
An example of field grey with dark green collar edged with aluminium wire lace, white piped shoulder straps also edged with lace and embroidered in white “44”. Turnback cuffs, pleated breast pockets and slanted lower unpleated pockets. Provision for award on pleat of left breast pocket; breast eagle no longer present. Buttons down the front absent. Some service wear. (£100 - £200)

A good example, the blade etched “Alles für Deutschland” and bearing maker’s logo. Brown wooden grip inlaid with silvered eagle and enamelled circular SA device. The nickel cross guard is stamped Ha. (Hansa district). Scabbard absent some staining to the blade GC. (£75 - £100)
Vendor states this was captured at Wismar during the closing stages of the war by Major R. Powell, Essex Regiment.

A clean example of silver, black and red lace complete with aluminium circular clasp mounted with a gilt Luftwaffe Eagle. Clean condition Near VGC. (£75 - £125)

A good example, the blade faintly etched “Alles für Deutschland” and bearing RZM logo with M7/42 (indicating W.K.C. of Solingen). Brown wooden grip inlaid with silvered eagle and enamelled circular SA device; alloy mounts. Housed in original black painted scabbard with single suspension ring.
