The front bearing Prussian eagle helmet plate with large ‘FR’ to centre. Circular spike base secured to skull by four gilt stars; pearl ring to the lower part of the spike. Two part State and national cockades support gilt metal chin scales. Brown leather sweatband; no evidence of silk/cotton liner. Minor age wear generally VGC. (£400 - £600) |

A fine and scarce black woollen tunic with pink piping around the collar and aluminium skull and crossbones collar patches; pink backed aluminium wire shoulder straps bearing two rank stars indicating Hauptmann (Captain). White on black BeVo style eagle and swastika to the breast. Grey cotton partial lining with ink stamping “Otto Dels, Erfurt” over “41 43” over “96” over “57 61” over “E.38”. Integral aluminium belt hooks. VGC ... Black woollen trousers with partial white cotton lining by “.... Brown wooden grip inlaid with silvered eagle and enamelled circular SA device. The nickel cross guard is stamped Wf (indicating Westfalen district) to reverse. Housed in original brown painted nickel mounted scabbard with single suspension ring. Very minor dent to scabbard. Overall near VGC. (£150 - £200) |
| 1049 German. 1933 model SS dagger by Böker, Solingen. A good example, the blade etched “Meine Ehre heist Treue” (My Honour is Loyalty), the reverse with maker’s details and tree logo. Blacken wooden grip inlaid with silvered eagle and enamelled circular SS device. Housed in original black painted scabbard with nickel plated nickel mounts and single loose suspension ring. Unusually mounts have no facilities for securing screws. Small chip to reverse of grip above crossguard, blade with minor oil stain otherwise clean, crease to scabbard. Minor service wear. | 1051 German. WW2 pair of 7 x 50 Kriegsmarine binoculars A good scarce pair by Carl Zeiss Jena bearing stamps: Kriegsmarine Eagle, flanked by M IV/1. D.F. 7 x 50. 2077328. NR 17906 and a large N. Black painted finish. Complete with bakerlite cover to the eye pieces. and leather strap. The binoculars appear in good condition, lenses may require cleaning. Retaining 95% of original black painted finish (£150 - £200) Offered as an historical item only; the instrument's accuracy is neither warranted or implied. Vendor states this item was “liberated” by his father, Major David Sheret Buchanan RAMC during the advance from Normandy to Germany 1944-45. He was born in 1905; joined RAMC in 1942 and was part of the 15th Scottish Division. He participated in the Normandy Landings and accompanied the allied forces through to Germany. By April 1945 he was responsible for health & hygiene at Belsen Concentration Camp. He was mentioned in despatches twice. |

To the front, an aluminium eagle and swastika; below, winged oakleaf wreath with cockade to centre. Black patent leather chinstrap supported by black buttons. A good example with twist wire bound blue leather grip, nickel mounts with swastika to centre of pommel and down swept crossguard on both sides. Double edged polished blade bearing squirrel logo. Housed in its dark blue leather covered scabbard with nickel mounts, two suspension rings and complete with hanging chains and clip. Blade VGC, a little wear to pommel and scabbard mounts. A good example with orange ivorine grip and twist wire binding, the plain blade bearing Siegfried, Waffen, Solingen logo; the aluminium crossguard and langet bearing an eagle and swastika; the pommel ornamented with swastika and oakleaves. Housed in its metal scabbard fitted with two suspension rings and complete with hanging straps. Plating to scabbard and straps worn otherwise. GC (£150 - £200) Introduced in July 1937. |

Within a gilt oval laurel wreath surmounted by eagle and swastika, a U Boat with crossed swords on the base of the wreath. Cluster of oakleaves emerge from either side of the wreath. Horizontal hollow tapered pin to reverse. Retains most of its original finish. VGC (£350 - £400) Under the direction of Grand Admiral Dönitz, this award was introduced 15th May 1944 |

| 1083 WW2 German British Internee Prison Camp Armband. Rare examples worn by Mr Alexander Redpath Mollison, who had served as a Lieutenant with the RNVR during the Great War. He lived in France after the war and in 1940 was interned by the Germans. Comprising: Three white cotton examples each with heavy ink stamps “RI Z1 1296”. One with the addition of a German Army stamp. The armbands are accompanied by a group photograph of internees including Mr Mollison wearing one of the armbands. GC (4 items) (£50 - £100) |

| 1086 German. Luftwaffe Honour Goblet to H. Setz, an ace with 138 kills. A very fine and scarce example, the base impressed with “Feinsilber ALPAKA Auflag Joh.Wagner & So.” The beaten silvered body embossed with Iron Cross on one side and fighting eagles on the other; oak leaf band to base with inscription “Für besondere leistung im Luftkrieg”. Engraved beneath the oak leaf band “Hauptmann Heinrich Setz am 20. 10. 41.”. VGC (£2,500 - £3,000) Born 12.03.1915; Serving in Jagdeschwadr 77 (Ace of Hearts) his first kill was a Blenheim 27.08.40 followed by a Skua 09.09.40 and another Blenheim 20.10.40. On the Eastern front he achieved 132 Russian kills. Awarded Knight’s Cross 31.12.41 and awarded Oakleaves 23.06.42. Promoted Major, he commanded Jagdeschwadr from 27 12.11.42 until he was shot down and killed 13.03.43 over France by a Spitfire flown by Flying Officer Michal Hajbicz, 315 Squadron (tenth Polish squadron formed in England). |

The hilt with an oak leaf embossed single stirrup bar guard of brass, the langet decorated with embossed eagle and swastika with folded wings. The back strap bears floral oak leaf decoration. The cross guard is with oak leaf motif, the reverse with heavily erased issue numbers, the top mount of the brown leather nickel mounted scabbard with cancelled “S. Ar. Meentzen, Bremen with lemon yellow piping (waffenfarbe), dark green collar and cuffs, the latter ornamented with yellow backed litzen. Aluminium wire breast eagle and aluminium lace collar litzen. The top of the collar, shoulder straps and cuffs ornamented with aluminium lace with additional band of lace above each cuff indicating “Der Spiess”. Shoulder straps with two rank stars and secured by stippled buttons bearing “1”. Complete with Marksman’s lanyard (1st pattern) with two additional acorns.
