913     Selection of WW1 Fighter Aces Signatures.
Comprising: Two modern albums mounted with various original signatures of British and two German Fighter Aces These include Philip Fletcher Fullard 40 Kills. .... Keith Logan Caldwell 18 Kills. .... Captain Gwilym Hugh Lewis 12 Kills. .... Captain Cecil Arthur Lewis 8 Kills. .... Captain Leonard Henry Rochford 29 Kills.... Air Commodore Freddy West VC ... etc. Most of the signatures are taken from letters. The album is interspersed with original photographs and copy photographs of WW1 flying interest. Approx 24 signature plus photographs. (£180 - £220)
914     WWI Pattern British Triplex Flying Goggles.
A good pair of the pattern worn by RFC, RNAS and early RAF aircrew. Yellow tinted lenses, with fur backing. Retaining original strap. Leather attachment slightly dry, minor delamination to the glass GC. (£40 - £60)
915     WW2 RAF 1st Pattern C Type Flying Helmet.
This scarce example is a size 3 and fitted with three press studs for the E & F pattern oxygen mask. Rubbers to the ears remain supple, the interior is in clean condition and with a small label giving size details. This example retains a clear AM stamp to the leather chinstrap. Overall near VGC some storage wear, One brown outer to press stun missing from one of the goggle straps. (£150 - £200)
916     WW2 pattern RAF C type leather flying helmet
Second pattern example with elasticated chin strap and fitted with internal wiring loom, ear phones and jack plug. Little age wear leather remains supple and a good colour (£120 - £150)
917     WW1 Royal Flying Corps Propellor blade
This is an early war style constructed laminated propellor blade with dowels. The blade retains to the centre maker's transfer (40% present). Overall length 47 1/2 inches, cut just before the boss. (£50 - £100)
918     United States Air Force B6 Sheepskin Leather Flying Jacket.
A good clean example, retaining virtually all the black chromed leather exterior and fur lining, this with US Air Force issue label. This pattern tailored with two pockets. GC Original working zip Size 38R. (£80 - £120)
919     United States Air Force Sheepskin Leather Flying Jacket.
This example closely conforms to the B3 heavy sheepskin pattern. Brown chromed leather exterior with thick sheepskin lining. Good Condition, leather supple, but has been patched and fitted with a replacement master zip. (£80 - £120)
920     United States Air Force Sheepskin Leather Flying Trousers. A5..
A good clean pair, retaining virtually all the black chromed leather exterior and fur lining, this with US Air Force issue label. Complete with braces. Leather remains supple, Zips A/F. (£40 - £60)
921     WWII Period Luftwaffe flying helmet.
A good example of the winter weight brown leather flying helmet with lambs wool lining. Complete with throat mike and wiring loom terminating with jack plug. Minor wear, near VGC for the type. (£180 - £220)
922     1940 Battle of Britain Royal Air Force Aircrew Mae West Bladder.
A scarce yellow example with clear AM stamp and first tested in September 1940. Remains in good supple condition, complete with inflation tube. Some wear. (£50 - £100)
This pattern could be used with a late issue 1932 pattern green, Mae west, the GQ Parachute harness or the 1941 pattern Mae West. This item is sold as a collectors item only and is not guaranteed to inflate.
923     RAF 1941 pattern Aircrew Mae West.
This example of the regulation pattern retains label (medium size) and all the web ties. The exterior with a little service wear, remains in good clean condition. (£150 - £200)
924     RAF 1943 issue Aircrew battledress blouse.
A good British made example retaining issue label Size 8 Height 5’7" to 5’ 8”. Clear date 1943. Tailored with shoulder eagles. Slight wear GC. (£60 - £100)
925     WW2 US Air Force Aircrew Splinter Pattern Goggles.
This pair with a green metal finish, with horizontal cuts for the eyes. Retaining cloth padding to the interior and elasticated strap. Unissued condition. (£30 - £50)
926     WW2 Pattern British Glider Pilot Flying Helmet.
A scarce example, the fibre skull with brown painted finish and fitted with the lower section of the C Type Flying Helmet. This complete with earphones, wiring absent. The leather sweatband with size stamp 7 1/2. VGC Near Unissued condition. (£500 - £600)
927     WW2 Pattern Royal Air Force Officer’s Cap.
A good example of the regulation pattern service dress cap with King’s Crown bullion Cap Badge. The interior with leather sweatband and size label 7 1/8. Remains in near VGC. This is the WW2 pattern, but probably dates from the 1950’s (£40 - £60)
928     Royal Air Force Air Officer’s Cap.
A good post 1953 example tailored by Gieves of London. Complete with an Air Officer’s cap badge and two rows of gold bullion oak leaves to the peak. The interior with leather sweatband and tailor’s label. Near VGC. (£100 - £200)
929     Royal Air Force Fighter Squadrons By John Rawlings.
The standard reference work on the subject, giving details of the squadron activities, many with illustrations. GC Slight wear ... Accompanied by War Plane of the Third Reich by William Green A photographic illustrated reference book. GC (2 items) (£30 - £50)
930     WWII Pattern Luftwaffe Bomber Pilot’s Parachute harness.
A rare example, this type with a metal tray to the back to accommodate the parachute silk. Complete with all securing straps and parachute pack. Issue stamping to the quick release box. The harness remains in good clean condition. (£300 - £500)

931     An “A” pattern “East of Malta” flying helmet.
A rare example of the pattern commonly used in the inter war years by RAF aircrew on the North West Frontier etc. The cork helmet is similar in design to the issue foreign service helmet. The exterior is of light khaki cloth with five fold pagri and eight ventilation holes. The interior retains leather sweatband ear protectors that can incorporate Gosport earphones. Complete with leather strap for goggles, this a little dry. Some service and age wear staining GC. (£180 - £220)
