A fine example with twist wire bound blue leather grip, aluminium mounts with swastika to centre of pommel and down swept crossguard on both sides. Double edged polished blade bearing seated king logo. Housed in its dark blue leather covered scabbard with aluminium mounts and complete with hanging chains and OLC stamped clip. | 874     WW1 Imperial German Bavarian ORs felt pickelhaube A good clean example of the Ersatz issue helmet, with grey metal fittings. Complete with Bavarian helmet plate (Central Crown absent), original chin strap, and retaining State and National cockades. Leather lining to the interior. The felt skull near VGC, with only one tiny rip to one of the peak studs. (£180 - £250) |

A good example with orange ivorine grip and twist wire binding, the plain blade bearing facing cranes logo; the aluminium crossguard and langet bearing an eagle and swastika; the pommel ornamented with swastika and oakleaves. Housed in its metal scabbard fitted with two suspension rings and complete with hanging straps. Wear to plating otherwise GC. (£150 - £200) Introduced in July 1937. |

| 878     German Ernest Rohm SA Honour dagger by E.P. & S. A scarce example, the blade etched Alles für Deutschland, the reverse has been ground down to obliterate the Rohm dedication and has removed the makers details. Brown wooden grip inlaid with silvered eagle and enamelled circular SA device. Nickel mounts. Housed in original brown painted nickel mounted scabbard with single suspension ring. Some old knocks and minor chips to grip, 50% paint loss to scabbard. (£150 - £200) After the assassination of Ernest Rohm on June 30th 1934, an order dated July 4th required all Rohm inscriptions to be obliterated from the blades, failure to do so risked severe punishment. |

Brown wooden grip inlaid with aluminium eagle and enamelled circular SA device; plated alloy mounts. Housed in original black painted scabbard with single suspension ring. Blade generally GC, some external service wear, some lifting to mounts, grip eagle polished. (£150 - £200) NSKK was the National Socialist Motor Corps. |

| 881     German. Third Reich RAD hewer. A silver plated example of the 1934 model, the blade bearing etched motto Arbeit adelt, the reverse with RJAD in triangle, Ges. Gesch and circular horses head logo; two piece stag horn grip. Housed in its black painted regulation scabbard, the top mount with ornate design, the chape bearing the RAD device of a swastika set upon a spade head emerging from a spray of wheat. | 883     German. Third Reich Police Bayonet by E & F Hörster, Solingen. An example with eagles head pommel. Two piece simulated stags horn grip bearing aluminium eagle and swastika police device. The cross guard is ornamented with oakleaves, the reverse with heavily erased issue numbers, the top mount of the brown leather nickel mounted scabbard with P K 290. Scabbard leather broken and reaffixed with glue. Some service wear overall (approx. overall length 46 cm) (£80 - £120) |
| 884     German. 2 x WW2 Luftwaffe gravity knives. Both examples of the pattern issued to aircrew and paratroopers. Retracting blade; fold out spike, two piece wooden grip attached by four steel studs, lanyard ring. The first by SMF, Solingen has had the blade sharpened; light pitting and overall service wear. The second by Paul Weyersberg has had the blade crudely resharpened and thumb release mechanism broken off. (2 items) (£100 - £150) |

| 887     German. WW2 Camouflage Fallschirmjager Paratroopers helmet. A good scarce untouched example, with camouflage painted finish to the skull. This been a sand and green mottled effect. The skull also with a small dent possibly shrapnel hit. The interior retains leather lining with makers details The size appears to be 57. Also faint ink name. The skull is stamped to the interior 4895 and ET63. Complete with leather chinstrap harness. The helmet with service wear and remains in good condition. (£2,000 - £2,500) A note from the vendor states that the helmet was recovered from Crete in 1941. |
| 888     WW2 Luftwaffe Aircrew Flak Helmet. An extremely rare example, the steel skull is cut away to accommodate the earphone pads of the flying helmet. To the front a Luftwaffe decal 99% present. The interior with original soft leather lining and string & leather chin strap. The overall condition of the helmet is near VGC. However the leather to the interior is dry with some cracks and tears. Complete with celluloid knot (nicotine stained) and both velvet backed black silk hanging straps with gilded aluminium mounts and lions head buckles (longest one missing one of the clips).
