| 893     German. Large 1933 Adolf Hitler bronze bust by Walter Wolff, Berlin. A very fine study of Hitler (1889-1945) in larger than life size which would have graced some important NSDAP building. This iconic official bronze depicts the Führer in somber mood and is mounted onto a rectangular marble base, the front of which is incised Walter Wolff, Berlin.. The back of Hitlers neck is signed W. Wolff 33 indicating this was sculpted the year he came to power. Approx 48 cm overall height. VGC (£2,000 - £3,000) |
| 894     German. Third Reich bronze bust of Reinhard Heydrich. A very well executed unsigned study of Heydrich (1904-1942) in slightly larger than life size which would have graced some important NSDAP building. The bust is supported by a later bronzed pole stand base. Bust approx 32 cm high. VGC (£600 - £1,000) Reinhard Heydrich. A young naval Officer court martialled and dismissed the service in 1931 for an affair with a young girl. He joined the SS in 1932 and swiftly rose through its ranks. He played a leading part in the Blood Purge in 1934 and in 1936 promoted to head the secret police and SD. Promoted to Obergruppenfürher in 1941 and became the chief administrator of concentration camps following his success in creating Jewish ghettos. Hitler appointed him Deputy Reich Protector for Bohemia and Moravia 27th September 1941 and the following year at the Wannsee Conference was charged with heading the Final Solution. Following an assassination attempt in Prague on 29th May 1942 by three young men of the Czech Resistance dropped by parachute from England, Heydrich succumbed to his wounds and died a week later. Awful reprisals were taken by the Germans resulting in numerous executions and the liquidation of inhabitants of the village of Lidice after which the village was raised to the ground. |
| 895     German. Third Reich bronze bust of Hermann Goering. A very fine unsigned half size study of Goering (1893-1946). The bust is supported by a slender polished marble base. Overall height approx 26 cm high. VGC (£800 - £1,200) During WW1, Goering commanded the famous squadron Richthofens Flying Circus and was awarded the Blue Max. He joined Hitler in 1922 and rose rapidly through the ranks of the NSDAP to hold several important posts including Head of the Luftwaffe, Reichsmarschall and Hitlers successor. He survived the war and was tried for war crimes at Nuremberg. He received the death sentence but cheated the hangman by committing suicide with poison two hours before his execution. |
| 896     German. Third Reich bronze bust of Joseph Goebbles. A very fine unsigned quarter size study of Goebbles (1897-1945). The bust is supported by a square polished marble base. Overall height approx 26 cm high. Small chip to top edge of marble on the front otherwise. VGC (£600 - £800) Hitlers propaganda minister who has a master of his art. He joined the NSDAP in 1922 and became a close friend to Hitler, loyal to the end he remained with Hitler in the Bunker. After Hitlers suicide, Goebbles and his wife poisoned their six children before committing suicide. |
| 897     German. WW2 Army Officers service dress tunic. A good field-grey four pocket Leutnants example with dark green collar, mid blue lines to the collar patches and backing to the shoulder boards; Assmann marked buttons. To the left breast, an aluminium wire eagle and swastika to the right pocket pleat provision for an award and and another either side; above the pocket provision for a medal bar. Turn back cuffs. Collar patches and breast eagle have been removed but were found to be present in one of the pockets. Generally VGC. (£200 - £300) |
| 898     German. WW2 pair of SS camouflage trousers and an Army Zeltbahn. Pair of oakleaf autumn pattern camouflage herringbone material trousers bearing various numbers stamped on the internal waistband, lace ties to end of legs, non-buttoned belt loops, cream painted metal buttons. Fly buttons replaced with smaller composition examples. Generally VGC ... Together with a Zeltbahn with ink stamping 4./JR. G. Batt. and E39. One or two minor holes and a little service wear. | 899     German. Third Reich black Allgemeine SS tunic of the SD branch. A very fine and rare black woollen example with four pleated pockets and deep turnback cuffs. The collar and collar patches edged with silver and black twist cord piping. One collar patch bears a single aluminium rank star (SS Unterscharführer), the other is plain. The wearers left sleeve bears red and white swastika armband edged in black (possibly a period replacement), the forearm with diamond badge bearing aluminium wire embroidered SD (indicating the SSs own Securiy Branch Sicherheitsdienst). Single black and silver twist wire shoulder strap. Inside breast pocket bears SS RZM issue label with ink Ber J or (Iser J). Black cotton lining bears various issue number and white rectangular stamp with VA 1933. Lining to top of one sleeve bears Czech stamping Mestske A Oblastini Divadllo V Pardubicich; the top of each sleeve with cloth loop. Aluminium belt loops each side of the waist with a pair of button type belt hooks at the back. A very fine example with only sight service wear. VGC (£3,000 - £5,000) |
| 900     German. 1908 dated Reichsmarine Ratings service dress jacket. A good clean example of the regulation pattern with issue stamps indicating 1908. Complete with gilt buttons depicting Crown and anchor. Cotton lining. GC (£80 - £120) |
| 901     German. WW2 1941 dated Luftwaffe OR's belt and clasp. Back leather belt with makers stamp and date 1941 to the leather tag. Complete with steel clasp with traces of original blue painted finish GC. (£60 - £100) |
| 902     German. WW2 Wehrmacht / Waffen SS Anti Partisan Badge. A scarce excavated die-cast late war example. Flat back with vertical needle pin. No finish remains, pin and hook rusted. (£150 - £200) |
| 903     German. Luftwaffe M35 Single decal combat helmet. This example retains 40% of the Luftwaffe eagle and the shell retains a dark painted finish. The interior with leather liner, and two piece chinstrap. Clean condition some minor age wear. (£140 - £160) |
| 904     WW1 German. Prussian Other Ranks pickelhaube. A black leather example with grey metal fittings complete with spike, Prussian helmet plate to the front, and peak trim. etains leather lining. Overall GC fittings have been polished at some time. Some age wear retains a good shape. (£180 - £220) |

Oval wreath of oak and laurel with swastika at the base; mounted on the wreath, a diving eagle with sparks in its talons. Vertical round pin fitting to the reverse. Brass beneath plating visible on eagles highpoints. GC Together with a silvered political eagle and swastika ... political red enamelled cockade with swastika to centre ... | 921     German. Third Reich NSKK RZM 1939 dated dagger by Puma, Solingen. A good example, the blade etched Alles für Deutschland and bearing RZM device with M7/27 and Puma logo . Brown wooden grip inlaid with aluminium eagle and enamelled circular SA device; plated alloy mounts. Housed in original black painted scabbard with single suspension ring and complete with brown leather snap-on hanger with additional strap for vertical suspension. Blade generally VGC, some external service wear, slight lifting to mounts. (£200 - £300) NSKK was the National Socialist Motor Corps. |

| 923     German. SS Model 1936 chained dagger. A very fine and scarce example. The double edged blade bears etched motto Meine Ehre heist Treue translated to My Honour is Loyalty. Black wooden grip with inlaid silvered eagle and swastika and SS runes. Housed in its original black scabbard with silvered mounts, the middle band ornamented with interlinked swastikas. Complete with chains of alternate SS runes and deaths head links (one SS marked) and retaining clip (spring AF). Minor service wear, tiny chip to top of grip otherwise very fine. (£2,000 - £3,000) |
